About Us

We are Ron and Claire Palmer and we are the proud owners of Dundonnell Smoked Salmon. Dundonnell Smoked Salmon was, for many years, based on Little Loch Broom and sourced its smoked salmon from Lossie Seafoods Ltd in Buckie and we are delighted to continue this long standing relationship.

Our base is here, a few miles north of Inverness -  no longer on Loch Broom, but this has the great advantage of being closer to the main road south - so we can ensure your order reaches the courier quickly and you should receive your parcel the next day. We prefer to send your deliveries out on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Thursday at a push but definately not Friday - just in case your salmon gets stuck in a depot that's not chilled over the weekend!

We always aim to provide a truely personal service, with products in which we have total faith.  A real person will always answer any communication or queries.  Namely, Me Ron, my wife Claire or sometimes our daughter Louise.
