Mackerel and Kippers

We offer mackerel fillets in four flavours, click through to order and read about the flavours we offer.

We have rigidly stuck to the Traditional Kipper (or splits as they ar called in the trade) bones in with head on, you may have noticed we take the tail off, the reason being we wouldnt get them into the vacuum bag with them on.

On a serious note, if you would like us to offer Kipper fillets, let us know and we will get out and source them.
