Langoustines and Scallops are sourced locally, packed and processed very near to us. Our supplier sources from small local boats fishing in the Moray Firth to the east, Loch Torridon and Lochinver to the west. The catch is always dead fresh and always alive and nipping. So nothing sourced from boats doing long stints at sea.
