Venison and Game

Venison is superb lean meat and seriously under-valued. All our products come from wild Red Deer from Highland Estates and processed and packed at a fully approved facility here in the Highlands. Our range includes haunch and fillet steaks, whole bone in haunch, boneless rolled haunch and a Goulash pack (hand diced shoulder meat).

Game. We source these products again from Highland Estates and they are processed and packed by the same operation as described above. Our offering includes Pheasant, Partridge and Woodpigeon breast packs and a wild saddle of hare. We are offering two trays of each bird and the single tray of hare has two saddles. All ready to cook; no fur, no feathers and no fuss.
