Our wild hare come from Highland Estates and are processed and packed at a fully approved facility here in the Highlands. We offer wild saddles of hare, depending on availability of either Brown Hare or White Mountain Hare, the Brown Hare saddles are bigger than the Mountain Hare, we will ship what is available. If we get Brown Hare we will ship singly, if we get Mountain Hare we will ship a pair. It's all ready to cook; no fur and no fuss.

We advise you to look at the FAQs page for fuller notes on delivery charges. Please note we cannot accept orders for shipping direct to the USA or Canada due to FDA anti Bio Terrorism regulations; however we have partner organisations in the USA and Canada who are able to offer products that are Scottish. Also in Canada we can offer Irish Organic smoked salmon. We will offer these instead of sending direct from Scotland.

Next day delivery on the UK Mainland is £6.75 for up to 5kg gross weight.

Europe, ROW, Channel Islands, Eire are delivered via DHL minimum charge is £36.50(inclusive of 12.5% fuel surcharge for January and February 2010 and 17.5% VAT), if you wish us to send outside the EU, of course there is no VAT also for up to 2.5kg gross weight. For larger weights please contact us direct so that we can advise the cost of the freight.
