Dundonnell Smoked Salmon


Our Supplier, John M Munro purchase the finest prime livestock from local Highland farms where the stock are grass reared and slow grown and produce the finest matured meat, matured for a minimum of 21 days.

With a modern abattoir, cutting facility five retail shops and twenty thousand Highland customers, testament if any was needed to the quality of their product. Here we offer a small selection of steaks, cuts and rolls.
